No CD/Input Recognition

Hi All,
I have the Nimbie-11 unit.
I'm running Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7 on a MacBook with a Apple C hub connection.
I've downloaded dBPoweramp to rip my cds but the software/computer isn't recognizing that the Nimbie is connected.
Any ideas? Should I be using only a USB2 connection to the AppleC hub? Thanks for any suggestions!

Are you sure the Nimbie is supported on OS Catalina?
