I updated (I think) and I still see this. Are we still at 17.7? Why didn't the version notify box in the top right go away after upgrading?

Re: R2022 Update
We have retired updates for the Power Pack, after 15 years. See:
In the next few days dBpoweramp R2022.8.9 will release, we are changing the way we license in these key areas, to better address the change of software licensing over the years: One license will cover both Windows and OS X installs. Licenses will be sold with 2 years of included software updates Any purchases of R17 in 2022Comment

I guess I am not understanding what I see in the image I posted and what Spoons link to the changes mean for me and my current version.
Do I need to do something to update?Comment

Re: R2022 Update
If you are on R17 then to go R2022 is a paid upgrade, the offer link is on your download page, updating will enable 2 years of updates.Comment

Re: R2022 Update
I've searched thru the a lot of NAS files, some/many do not show anything on the 'Encoded By' line, but those that do all show 'dBpoweramp release 17 BETA 6'.
These include rips going back to the start of my CD ripping to NAS in 2014.Comment

Re: R2022 Update
The encoded by is written at the time of creating the file, if the files are from 2014 then it could be R17.Comment
