About dBpoweramp R2022 , may I know why it has been included the cue sheet plugin?

will be update (the plugin) ?

Would like to create a cue with pre-emphasis , indexes and all the information are stored on the cd audio

yes but it's outdated!
and it does write a complete cue with all the cd audio information
will be update?
maybe with some options?
