Insert Audio CD Into: <No CD Drive found>

Hi All

I have just purchased dbpoweramp ( should have tested it first )to ripp all my CDs
i am running windows 10 fresh install. AV is off along with firewall.
but dbpoweramp does not see the inserted CD.
not sure if im missing codes have no clue atm

some help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you see the CD contents in File Explorer?

If still no go, restart your computer in safe mode with Networking, does that work?
