No album artwork

In the last week, CD Ripper has stopped providing (?retrieving) album artwork. Do I need to reset something?

It is the same thing with me.
I installed the Version 17.7 and after this CD-Ripper shows now album artwork and the other thinks

Windows 10 64 bit
Kaspersky Total Security

Restart Windows in safe mode with networking, this stops the security software from blocking CD Ripper:

I am using Mac OSX, no additional security software. When I click on the 'dots' below the album artwork (blank!) area, I can use 'internet' and then see and click on PerfectData at which point the artwork does load....

Check on the dBpoweramp control centre, that it says 'Reference Registered'

Yes, it does. But of note, I recently updated from the trail to the paid-for version. Does that I mean I now need to reset something for artwork to automatically load?

If you insert a popular CD, then click the review metadata button on the tool bar, it shows metadata from all 4 providers?

Under Active Providers? If so, yes it does.....

Just now, on the test disc you suggested I try, it did find the artwork. First time it has done that in over a week.
