Not sure if this issue is on Apple's end or dbpoweramp. All of my music in iTunes are AIFF CD rips with a -18 LUFS target volume. I have soundcheck enabled in iTunes. Only recently when I first play music, soundcheck doesn't immediately kick in and my headphones blast my ears, after about a second or so the volume corrects itself. If I take too much time choosing the next track in between songs the same thing happens.
