Failure to encode Runrig CD

Hi. I'm trying to rip a new copy of Runrig's Best of Rarities CDs (2). The ripping process starts after about a 40 to 50 second hesitation but fails to encode with the following result:

Error unable to open file Filename for Writing. [dEncoder::BeginConversion]

Any help would be welcome. Thank you.

Can you create a file manually in the destination folder?

Thank you for that. I think that's the answer but I still have things to do.

Synology suggested the replacement and deletion of the default admin user and it seems I've destroyed the access from my PC. Many thanks for your help. Regards, Martin.
