Failing Rip - Help?

I'm using Mac Release 17.4 (1)
I recently upgraded too.
I've tried a few times now and keep encountering the same failure. It's basicly the same failure for every track on the CD

Here's the Error report:

NOTE: I have not pasted the log for all the tracks since it is essentially redundant.
~ BTW: XLD ripped the same CD without any problem

Disable c2 error pointer if they are enabled.

I tried deselecting the C2 error (Interpolate C2 Errors) and I'm still getting the same errors.
Please advise.

I did a complete uninstall and re-installed the latest version.
Everything is working now.
The issue is resolved
