No CD Found on Dell Desktop

I have just dowloaded and installed the latest version of CD Ripper

I have a Dell Desktop Optiplex 9020 with incorporated CD/DVD drive

When I insert a CD for Ripping, Windows Explorer shows the CD in the drive, but CD Ripper shows as <No CD Drive Found> and even after reboot etc this does not change and even on the dropdown not seen

I updated the settings (after removing McAfee as that stops access to the settings)
I checked in the program - no luck
I rebooted and checked again - no luck
I checked that I included the programm and the designated .dll

Try restarting Windows in safemode with Networking:
