Bilingual file naming (folders and/or track names)

I have a large collection of music by Japanese artists and would like to have both English and Japanese names listed for the Artist folder, Album folder, and Track name. Is there any way to make this possible on the initial rip (without having to manually re-enter everything)? Alternatively, is there a way to make this information visible in tagging, or in a hover-over / alt-text box, or something?

You can only rip with one set of metadata, so to have a mix of English and Japanese you would have to manually enter.

I thought as much. As a partial workaround, I've labelled the Album Artist in English and the Artist in Japanese. For the track titles, I'll have to resolve them somehow in my player or through tagging.
