Cant rip CDs

Just bought CD Ripper and I can't rip any CD. iTunes and VLC media player are able to play the CDs. iTunes can rip the CDs without any problem including apple lossless.

I'm getting the following errors:

Just to clarify: when I say iTunes can rip those CDs I mean on the same PC with the same CD device.

Set the ripping method to 'Burst', does that work?

You have enabled something that the CD drive does not support, such as C2 error pointers, try unchecking it.

Is F: drive a NAS? If so, it seems that dbpa doesn't have permission to write to that drive. Try ripping to a C: drive location and see if that works.
