inaccurate rip status

Greetings. Tried those two songs below and got an inaccurate rip status twice. If this due to a damaged CD? Would cleaning help?

Yes and yes, another CD drive might help. Some damage can be at the manufacturing stage, so the disc can look scratch free.

Thanks! It is an old CD, and none of my other rips - a mix of old purchases and new ootb CDs had any inaccurates.
