dbPoweramp DSP effects

I just upgraded from dbpoweramp 16 to 17.2. After the install I looked in control panel and noticed there was a second app called dbPowerAmp DSP effects installed. It says it version 11 with a 06/19/2020 date on it. Is this the current release? How does it get installed? If not the current release where to I get the most current version? I just want to make sure that I have everything I'm supposed to have installed. If this is no longer needed in Release 17 should I remove it? Thanks.

Uninstall R17, uninstall the DSP effects, reinstall R17, the DSP effects are now standard.
