My ripping is in 0.1 speed

After 14 minutes, only 5 percent of the first track is done.
How can I change the speed ? I don't recall doing anything to the speed and I'm in burst mode.

However I'm using Pioneer Drive on Standard Mode and Master Mode if that makes any difference.

Is this something new? Was it faster before? Do you have "use C2 error checking" ticked? If so, untick it. In my experience (other than the use C2 ticking), this only happens if the CD has damage or has stuff on in (sticky stuff, etc.). Wash the CD with some warm water and soap and a gentle cloth and cloth dry it. I had to do that to a few CDs to rip properly.
