Multi-core ripping not working with Reference 17.1

    Upgraded to Reference 17.1.
Ripping CD to mp3 only uses 1 core on my AMD 6 core CPU.
Both cores on my Intel dual core CPU are used simultaneously.
Is there a known problem with AMD multi-core CPU's?

Check you have Reference Registered which is needed for multi-cpu, look at the registration status in dBpoweramp control centre.

Possibly your cd drive is slower than the encoding, so the 2nd cpu core is not required.

          Thanks Spoon.
That was it. The encoding happened so fast I didn't see that the other core ran the next task.
Then I ran Music Converter and all 6 cores ran simultaneously.
          Appreciate your help.
