Rookie Question - Ripping on Several Machines (Win 10 & Mac)

Going through and re-ripping collection of CDs (originally ripped in Apple Lossless). I tested my Apple Lossless and had lots of none accurate rips (and horrible tagging), so I decided to redo with dbpoweramp to fix tags and bad rips and use FLAC.

Question is if I setup 2 machines (Win 10 with Pioneer BDR-X506 and an old MacBook Air with Apple USB SuperDrive) can I then combine files to one library? I know bit-wise they are the same, but just worried OSes are different... The Apple machine with SuperDrive seems to do better on the ones that the Windows machine sees as not matching AccurateRip...

yes, once ripped it doesn't matter what the source machine was.
but you'll need two different licenses, one for windows and one for Mac.
