Windows Defender is restricting dBpoweramp etc... persistent message

I am getting the message "Windows Defender is restricting dBpoweramp from accessing system" in the Control Center.

I am running Malwarebytes and have to turn off its protection to get to Windows native settings.

I have followed the sticky instructions here to enable folder access for both Windows10 and Malwarebytes but the error message persists.

Any ideas?

The test is whether dBpoweramp can access the 'Music' folder, your system is stopping that.
