Purchased but no confirmation

Hi,

I purchased last evening with credit card a CD Ripper license but the processing was frozen at the payment processing screen. I called credit card issue bank and was told payment authorisation was already given.

What can I do? If I purchase again with the same card, will I be charged twice?
