I am trying to understand how to interpret the AccurateRip database of CD Drive Offsets in order to choose a drive to purchase here in the UK.
Is the following the optimal way to view the data.
1. Choose the drives with the lowest "Correction Offset"
2. From drives in 1. choose only drives that have "Percentage Agree" equal to 100%.
3. From the drives in 2. choose from the drives with the largest "Submitted By" total.
Anyone have any suggestions?
