    Not Recognizing Metadata

I'm betting this has been answered before but couldn't find it. I'm about 1/3 the way through ripping my collection, 300 discs down and about 600 to go. I noticed that the software occasionally does not recognize the metadata associated with the disc on specifically live recordings. On those same discs my windows media player does? It takes a lot more time to enter by hand and it seems to happen intermittently. Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

Microsoft have their own database, however it is not a fair test if you put a disc which is not recognized in to media player, you would have to put the whole 600 discs in to compare. All databases have missing discs.
