Meta data only retrieved from GD3 no ablum art

I'm having a problem with the meta data with R16.6 in Windows 10

When I retrieve meta data only data from GD3 makes it through. I've tested individually with a CD that I know worked in the past and only GD3 works. I also don't get any album art.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it still isn't working.

I'm using windows defender firewall but I can't see the an app that I should let through.
Any ideas of what else I can try?

Try a different CD to be sure.

I already tried with a couple of CDs that worked before. I have the same issue.

If you look at dbpoweramp control centre it says Reference registered?

Fully registered, no restrictions

In advanced settings access to the internet is checked.

Try starting your Windows in Safe Mode (with Networking), right click on CD Ripper (or dBpoweramp Control Centre) >> run as Administrator

I am having a similar problem. No artwork appearing. It always did and now it is blank and says no artwork found. I have tried CDs that worked in the past and now they don't.
I even purchased the latest version today and that does exactly the same. There must be something wrong at DBs end!

If you insert a popular CD then click on refresh (two blue arrows on tool bar), then click the review metadata icon (red icon) all 4 providers are filled?

It appears to be working OK for lots of discs. There are still a lot of discs that are not showing artwork which I would expect to appear. For example "NOW that's what I call Music 104".

That is a relatively new release and typically artwork can take a few weeks to appear, however if you click the album art section to manually search for the image.

I'm having the same problem with three recent CD's. No meta data or album art for any of them. I also tried with a CD purchased in February 2020. Album art did not automatically appear. I had to right click the ellipse and choose from the internet.
