Hello,
I am using a Windows 7 PC machine (still) as the built in CD/DVD player has done a very good job of ripping using CD Ripper. I have been very satisfied with Release 16.4, which I am using.
My problem is that despite successfully ripping to an external hard drive, for some reason, my C drive is filling up and being that is nearly full, eventually it fills and I have to continually find data to purge, move elsewhere and uninstall programs. This is not sustainable and I have another couple hundred CD’s to rip still.
An example is a typical classical CD that I just ripped; about 400 MB, caused a decrease in C drive available capacity by more than that amount. Strange. And I am only ripping CD’s with that computer, no other activity.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. And by the way, I couldn’t find any related posts on the forums.
Many thanks,
Allen
