Music Converter Version 16.5 update to 16.7 & Compatibility with MacOS Catalina

What is the difference between version 16.5 and 16.7 and will either of these be compatible with MacOS Catalina. I understand that Apple will one day soon stop supporting any app that is not 64-bit. Please advise. Thank you.

R16.7 is fully compatible with catalina, dBpoweramp has long been 64 bit also.
