Follow these steps:
Run this to clear the programs and settings, then reinstall R16, then the R17 beta over the top.
Once R17 is installed, select 1 file >> right click >> convert to >> choose multi-encoder, add mp3 with the naming above, add flac with the same naming, and click convert.
It should work.
