Permanently change volume during rip process

Hi
Is it possible to permanently change the volume during the ripping process (for flacs and mp3s)rather than adding Replaygain tags.

Also any idea why, when ReplayGain is set as Album and Track Gain, it is only writing the Album Gain and Peak tags (this is happening with flacs and mp3s)

1. Yes use the Volume Normalize DSP Effect

2. Verify by right clicking on the track >> edit id tags
