Ripping Smashing Pumpkins

Hi. I've ripped about 80 CD's without a problem but have a problem with Smashing Pumpkins, Mellon Collie & the Infinite Sadness.
The last track on both of the CD's will not rip. I'm ripping to Flac & MP3 as per Spoon's recommended settings.
I'm a real novice with dbpa but seem to have succeeded with all my other CD's.
Any suggestions?

first try cleaning the CDs
second, try using a different drive for ripping. some CDs that won't rip in one drive will rip in another.

Cds are clean. I only have one drive so I'll try again later.

I have new CDs, just opened that appear perfect, but sometimes need cleaning to rip properly. I use the sort of cloth one cleans eyeglasses with.
