V16.6 not getting metadata from discogs or other providers

Hi,

I am able to get metatdata from freedb but none of the others are providing anything.
Windows 10 1903 with fresh install of V16.6
I have also turned off the firewall to check
In the retrieve data menu the discogs, gd3. and Musicbrainz are greyed out.
In the active providers menu the perfectmeta is greyed but ticked also discogs, gd3, and musicbrainz
The test cd is florence + the machine - ceremonials. The cd appears in Discogs etc https://www.discogs.com/Florence-The.../master/381006
Please advise on what can be done to fix this.

If Perfectmeta is grey, then you do not have reference installed, visit:

I have reference installed but all metadata providers are GREY !!!

You might have 2 versions installed, then install the registered version

I'm having a similar problem. I get no metadata at all even though all the options are checked, I just installed R15.3-Ref-Registered, I deleted it and cleared everything using the program mentioned in another thread and re-installed it. When I look at the page for comparing metadata from various sources all four sources are grey. This is a CD I ripped previously and got the metata, plus it's in Accuraterip so it's nothing unusual.
