Issues With Keeping Fields Populated

Just bought the new Brickman holiday CD.. when I open it in CD Ripper and begin to make changes things go nutty. I refresh to get metadata and the tracks do appear but album title, year, and artwork are not present. When I go to make changes to something all track names disappear, artwork I just added disappears.

Any idea what may be going on here?

EDIT: Just had to manually enter everything...worked after that.
