Add ability to find pre-emphasis in the sub?

Could you add the ability to find pre-emphasis in the sub? In my testing, dBpoweramp only finds it if it is in the TOC. Thank you.

dbpa is the commercial flagship solution for cd ripping. Only detecting PE in ToC, not SubCode, is a limitation.
