Where does the CD Ripper makes his search for the Album Art?

A lot of Album art is found immediately when I search in Google, but it isn't found by the CD Rippers's Album Art search ...
Can I adapt the way the CD Ripper searches for the Art?
Has the fact that I live in Europe something to do with it as most American Albums don't give a problem!
example: "Simply the Best" "Bill Withers" doesn't give me the Album Art I needed and in Google it is the first search result.
