Retrieving metadata taking forever

It really is probably more like 4 minutes from time I insert a disc to rip into my CD unit until metadata appears. I haven't used this product for a while but it seems like it used to pop up data in less than 20-30 seconds. If I am using iTunes they retrieve the metadata in 2-5 seconds. anyone else have this problem or a solution?

The AMG metadata service is being phased out and will be switched off around July 2016. It is in our plans to replace AMG with alternative metadata (discogs is the likely replacement). dBpoweramp R16 will release around July 2016, it will include an alternative database. Batch Ripper after July 2016 will only access: GD3,
