What happened to the Metadata providers

I have recently upgraded to CD Ripper 16.5 and now the only Metadata provider listed is freedb, all the rest are greyed-out.
How do I get CD Ripper to query the others like it used to?

As far as I'm aware, yes.

Your upgrade has reverted to the free version, you should update the registered status via:

http://www.dbpoweramp.com/registration/

I followed the link, and it is only offering me Version 15.3, but the file that I previously downloaded was dMC-r16.5-Registered.exe, which I assumed was a registered version of 16.5?
Any further ideas/comments?
