New Computer - Minimize Recreating configuration

Just installed DbPowerAmp Reference on a new Windows 10 PC
Still have previous PC (Windows 10 and same version of DbPowerAmp) running.
Want to transfer as many settings as possible from the old PC to the new PC.
Are there any shortcuts to get at least some of the transfer done, or does everything on the new PC have to be created from scratch to work exactly like the Old PC?
