    No Track Names

Just downloaded the trial Mac 16.4 version. I have no experience with dBpoweramp. I started CD Ripper and followed the CD Ripper Setup Guide. Inserted a music CD and it only shows Track Numbers. Isn't it supposed to retrieve Artist, Album, Track Names, etc.?

    I'm running OS 10.14 Mojave.

    Thanks,
    John

It is likely you have security software which is blocking access to the Internet. All versions are able to receive basic metadata (assuming you have tried multiple commercial CDs).

Thanks Spoon! I had only 1 CD to add to my collection. Checked with a Miles Davis CD and it gathered all the metadata. My apologies for not checking before posting!

      Thanks,
      John
