    Configure the Naming?

    Hi,

    these are my current Settings:

    For example:
    Various Artists\Shady XV, Disc 1

    But i want this:
Various Artists\Shady XV\Disc 1 when the Album has more CD's.

But how can i do this?

    Greetings

    Hi, try:

    [IFCOMP]Various Artists\[album] [IFMULTI] \Disc [disc][]\[track] [artist] - [title][][IF!COMP][IFVALUE]album artist,[album artist],[artist][]\[album][IFMULTI] \Disc [disc][]\[track] [artist] - [title][]

Album and Artist name must be the same with no disc info, simply populate, Disc 1/5, 2/5, 3/5 etc. with correct total discs.

If you would prefer Compilations to Various Artists, simply substitute.

Based on your current Naming, try:
      [IFVALUE]album artist,[album artist],[IFCOMP]Various Artists[][IF!COMP][artist][][]\[album][IFMULTI]\Disc [disc][]\[track] [artist] - [title]

        This one works and creates:

        Various Artists\Shady XV, Disc 1\Disc 1

But how can I remove the disc from the album name?

The album name should be Shady XV for both discs. The only difference between disc 1, disc 2 is populating Disc with 1/2 and 2/2.

Review and edit the metadata before ripping. If you don't know how, it would be best to spend a Little bit of time to explore the program, its menu and functions.

Edit the album name to Shady XV, before ripping.

Also, double check in your cd ripper options under tagging options that you have not ticked the option to add disk number to title. This will prevent this in future rips.

Is this the right Option for this?

The Album Art Option on the Top:
Is this only for the saved File in the Folder or even for the saved Cover in the File?

Yes this is the right option. The art option is for folder.jpg only.
