best ripping parametrers

Hello,

I percahsed dBpoweramp and am really statisfied with the software.
Now I have a few questions about some parameters. keep it mind that I want to get the best possible audio fidelity no matter the volume and time of rip. Of course I dot want to waste time and volume on absolutly unnecessary option

Whats the the difference between FLAC uncompressed and level 8 compression?
What parameters to use to get the best possible audio quality, in particular "CD ripper Options/ Secure settings"

Whats the the difference between FLAC uncompressed and level 8 compression?

The difference is the resulting file size and the time taken for the CPU to encode/decode the FLAC file (and given the speed of modern CPUs, this is effectively a non-issue).

FLAC uncompressed file size > FLAC level 8 compression file size.
