No ID Tags

When I try to rip CDs, the CD ripper screen will display the track numbers and their timings but does not retrieve any further information. Looking for ID tags via the metadata link does not work. This suddenly happened; does anyone have suggestions on what to do next?

Which version of dBpoweramp do you have? and on which platform?

It's the Reference R15 - Single (Windows). Does this help?
