Perfectmeta, GD3, Discogs and Musicbrainz grayed out on 16.4 registered

I have the 16.4 powerpack registered installed on 2 computers, and all databases + perfectmeta, except Freedb, are grayed out.

It did work in the past, but as I didn't rip anything for 18 months or so it must have stopped working at some point, probably following a Win 10 update.

I tried all fixes described in other threads, except a complete wipe and reinstall of Dbpoweramp, which annoys me because I have all the settings, DSP etc exactly as I want them and would hate to lose them.

Any suggestions?

Ok, I got it!

I upgraded from the 15.3 Reference (which has the Perfectmeta thing), to 16.2 Powerpack, which doesn't have it.
In my mind "Powerpack" was higher (or at least equal) to "reference", and that was my mistake! But you must admit that it's counterintuitive.

I'd have deleted the post, but it might be useful to know what's what if others have the same problem.
