MetaData Taking a Long Time to Retrieve

Hi there!

I'm not sure why because this has never happened before but of late, my dbpoweramp CD ripping program is taking a long time to retrieve metadata and it's really slowing things down especially when you have loads of discs to archive. What can I do to speed things up? Anyone encountered this problem too?

Which version of dBpoweramp do you have, and on which platform?

I have the exact issue and just started happening in the last week. I have version R14 running on Win 7.

AMG has been finally withdrawn, it was announced here, however they kept it running for a while:

You can uncheck AMG from metadata list.
