Downlaod not succesfull

I have tried to download my purchased dbpoweramp R16 Ref -unfortunately and stupid- on my Ipad instead of on my Windows laptop.

What can I do to receive a new link to download it on my laptop?

I sent a message via contact but so far no notification/ feedback.

do as you are told in your confimation mail. Visit the Registration Retrieval page and enter your order number.
