Cannot start rip in Windows 10

    Hi,

When I load a CD and select the CD Ripper, the track information shows but when I click on RIP - nothing happens! The clock is counting minutes, but it is not possible to use the program for ripping!

Very disturbing!! EAC work perfectly - why not dbPoweramp??

Did you check the task manager if any other program might have access to the drive?

Set the encoder to 'Test Conversion', does the rip complete?

Set the ripping method to 'Burst', does it complete?

How do I see that? Task Mgr only show active programs...

Same as before - ripping does not start.

Problem solved... I had to set ripping mode to Burst. Secure mode did not work.

It is likely you have an option set on secure your drive does not support, such as C2 Pointers, or Overread into lead in.
