No Artwork

For some reason I am no longer getting any artwork when I rip a cd. I used to get it but no matter what I do with metadata I get nothing now. Any ideas what I might have messed up.

What platform/OS is your PC? What version of dBpoweramp Reference have you installed? Can you browse the internet ok? What security/anti-virus software are you running?

Running Win10 the same I have been using back when it still worked. Nothing so far as I know has changed. I did add Kaspersky Anti-Virus Software, could that be it somehow?

If you disable Kaspersky, do you then get artwork?

Check in dBpoweramp Control center the registration status of dBpoweramp.
