After using CD Ripper (version 16.3) for a week after purchase we set up MULTI Encoder to do FLAC and ALAC simultaneously. (NICE!)
We noticed that Single Encoders will give a "Confirm File Replace" screen (notifying: "File(s) Exist, Overwrite?" IF you try and overwrite any files from a disc previously done. (GREAT FEATURE!)
However, the MULTI Encoder function does NOT notify the user of 'overwrite' so I (becoming somewhat feeble-minded with age) can find myself in an 'ENDLESS LOOP'.
Q1: is there a reason WHY we do not have that safety feature/notification screen on Multi-Encoding?
Q2: Have we inadvertently changed a checkbox, toggle, or any setting to cause this? OR, can we enable this 'safety feature' for MULTI-encoding?
Thanks for any assistance, we could not find any info on the FORUM pertaining to this.
