HELP - R16.3 not writing tags

Longtime dBpoweramp user without any issues. This is my first Rip since upgrading to R16.3 and the only tags being written to my FLAC files are the AccurateRip ones. I am not getting any of the normal CD metadata. It was working fine with R16.2 and I don't believe anything else has changed although maybe a Windows 10 update since the last time I ripped a CD.

I reconfirmed in the options that all the normal tags I usually get are set to be written. Is there something else obvious that I am missing?
