hidden track problems

hi .. I could find an already posted thread ...
I have a CD which I have ripped before on my internal drive of my Mac Book Pro (late 2011 ) .. of course over the years it's fatigued & not I have connected an Apple Super Drive & a LG GP60Nb60 external drives. on on inserting this particular CD Bangles - Different Light" I get the 1st track as per attached screen shot.

the screen shot are with different settings ... & I cant seem to rip the 1st track on dBpower ... on EAC & XLD it rips ...without a problem.

Please post the version of DBpoweramp Music Converter you are referring to and on which platform/OS?

Try setting the Ripping method to 'defective by design'

oops ... apologies ..
dBpower R16.2 for windows 7 home ( using on bootcamp partition on Mac Book Pro late 2011, with External LG drive model HL-DT-ST-DVDRAM-GP60NB60)
