    Uniformity When Ripping

How can I force all my CD's to rip one way? Track *1 is my preference.

    01 - Ready Or Not.mp3

clarify please. Do you mean the file naming? Seems that you've got the dynamic naming string set differently between rips. Are you changing rip profiles?
Try this for your dynamic naming string:
    [MAXLENGTH]240,[IFCOMP]Compilations\[album] [IFMULTI] \Disc [disc][]\[track] - [title] - [artist][][IF!COMP][IFVALUE]album artist,[album artist],[artist][]\[album][IFMULTI] \Disc [disc][]\[track] - [title][][]

Your Naming string(s) contain [track] [artist] - [title]. Change them to be [track] - [title].
