v 16.1 not creating folder for album artist

songs are placed directly in the root instead of under a file folder for album artist. setting: Hard drive/Album Artist\Album\Title.

Never had an issue before upgrading; setting worked perfectly before. MAC version. Is there a setting I need to check off? Thanks. Very frustrating....

Which encoder are you using? what is your naming string set to? and the output to folder what is that set to? Are you converting or ripping?

using multi-encoder for FLAC, uncompressed to rip.
output to: /volumes/drive name/Flac/Album Artist\Album\Title.

drives are Windows NT. Using Tuxera NTFS to write to them (if that is relevant). MAC OS: 10.11.6

For OSX you would need '/' not '\' check your naming string please.

I suggest you use Rip to = FLAC and not Rip to = [Multi Encoder]. Once this works successfully, then try using [Multi Encoder].
