Cd does not rig

Good day,
every once in a while I encounter a CD that would not rip. dBpoweramp would not be able to start the ripping process. This happens eg. on The Pogues, If I should fall from Grace with God (Reissue Warner Music UK, 2004?)

What would be the reason this happening, what to do?

Is it a Audio CD (red book Standard) at all? Does it have a copy protection?

That is a copy protected "CD", try a different CD drive.
