ID Tag Information

I Am currently in the middle of ripping my now albums to flac and want to ensure that the tag information has all the single numbers with leading zeros. Does anyone know how this is done please.

CDRipper options >> Meta Data & ID Tag options:
Pad track number to 2 digits (ie 02)
Pad disc number to 2 digits (ie 01)

and tick these 2 options.
