Mac ios version is full featured ? Any missing features against win version ?

Hi, I've both WIN and MAC installed computers. I will buy the CD ripper but I wonder if there are any missing features in MAC version when compared to WIN version ? And also I wonder if the MAC version running as proper as WIN version ?
